Summary
Amends the:
Australian Capital Territory (Self-Government) Act 1988
to: align the Act with the
Electoral Act 1992 (ACT)
; and make technical amendments, including the removal of redundant references; and
Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988
to remove the requirement for the full-time member of the National Capital Authority to be present at meetings for there to be a quorum when the full-time member has disclosed a pecuniary interest.
